CareerLinks – ready for early users

CareerLinks: Smart Choices for Women is now active at www.careerlinks.ca and available to early users.

CareerLinksa project of WISE NL, is a new interactive tool that connects users to career information on science, engineering, trades, and technology (SETT). CareerLinks specifically seeks to bring visibility to the experiences, perspectives and priorities of SETT women in Newfoundland & Labrador.

In this Version 1.0, the user interface is functional and the database contains real but limited data. Our goal over the next three months is to enrich the database in time to begin general promotion of CareerLinks in early 2016. As we endeavor to grow the database, we would like to prioritize our research based on early user feedback and welcome your participation.

  • For SETT professionals, your experiences and advice will help to guide others, especially women, to satisfying and rewarding careers in SETT. Your input may be submitted through the survey linked on “Your Story“.  We also encourage you to look at the rest of CareerLinks and to submit your feedback as noted above.
