Ocean Safety Research Discussion with Dr. Heather Carnahan, Dr. Jennifer Smith, Carla Chaytor and Emily Walsh

We are a group of researchers from the School of Maritime Studies at the Marine Institute of Memorial University. Emily Walsh is the MSc student in the Ocean Safety graduate program and Carla Chaytor is a PhD student. Dr. Jenniver Smith is a new faculty member and Dr. Heather Carnahan is the Lockheed Martin Chair in Marine Simulation and Learning. We represent a span of 1 to 35 years research experience. We will each share a personal story of our careers and a brief overview of our research interests.
